Richard Attenborough Film Awards Winners Announced

Earlier this week we attended the sixth annual Richard Attenborough UK Regional Film Awards (RAFAs) where both British and global film-making efforts were congratulated all in honour of one of cinema’s most beloved actors and directors: Richard Attenborough.

Much like the Golden Globes to the Oscars, the RAFAs pride themselves on preluding the BAFTAs in naming and awarding many of today’s most acclaimed films and stars. Separated into two segments, the awards are voted for by both professional critics as well as the public via the RAFA website provided by the Film Distributor’s Association.

James King of JamesKingMovies and Hilary Oliver hosted the ceremony which was broadcast live over on Lovefilm.com. Below is the list of this year’s winners:
